The remaining amount is paid to the operator according to the booking terms.

8. Platform Fees and Referral Program

The platform may provide operators with referral links and QR codes; bonuses are governed by referral program rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for operator service quality, client actions, cancellations, delays, third-party damage, or force majeure.
The operator is responsible for providing the service.
10. User Content
Users retain rights to content they publish.
By publishing materials, the user grants the platform the right to use that content to operate the service, promote services, and for marketing purposes.
11. Prohibited Actions
It is prohibited to publish false information, use the platform for fraud, publish illegal content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or create fake bookings.
12. Account Suspension and Blocking
The platform may restrict or terminate access in case of Terms violations, user complaints, suspicious activity, or government authority requests.
13. Changes and Applicable Law
The platform may change these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect once published on the website.
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If settlement is impossible, the dispute is considered under the law of the platform owner's registration country.
